What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.

If you place another order up to 24 hours after first one, it may happen that they come in the same package.


How do I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, but if you let us know on [email protected] in the first 24 hours after placing an order, we may do the exchange for the other item, if the price is same.


I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

Although it is a very rare case, since we work with multiple global partners, it can sometimes happen that your items are shipped separately; this is due to speeding up the delivery. Do not worry, you will get the items that you ordered. If you don’t, do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected].
